Meloidogyne partityla Kleynhans - (pecan root-knot nematode)

The nematode causes deformations (e.g. mouse-ear leaves) and stunting of pecan trees. Other plants like oak may also become infected. It has been originally confined to South Africa but is now reported from North America and from other regions.
