Ipomoea aquatica Forsskal - (swamp morning-glory)

This species is grown as a vegetable (water spinach) and is native to parts of Asia. However, it can become an invasive aquatic weed, forming dense, floating mats in slow-moving water, or affect crops like rice (e.g. see Touré et al., 2014).
