Carrot mottle virus (CMoV)

This virus is one of the causes of carrot motley dwarf disease and is transmitted in a persistent way by the willow-carrot aphid (Cavariella aegopodii). See also the Carrot red leaf virus which is also a causative agent of carrot motley dwarf disease.
