Beauveria pseudobassiana (entomopathogen) S.A. Rehner & R.A. Humber 2011

This fungus is widely distributed and morphologically identical to Beauveria bassiana. It is being studied as a possible biological control agent against various arthropod pests like beetles, fruit flies, ticks and Lepidoptera.
