Amphobotrys ricini (N.F. Buchw.) Hennebert 1973

The fungus causes gray mold of castor but can also affect other plants like Acalypha or strawberries. The conidiophores are brown and cylindrical with dichotomous branches. The conidia are circular to globular, pale brown, smooth and have a diameter of around 4 to 10 µm.
